A good crowd showed up for The Winnie and Tulula's Open House and fun seemed to be had by all. The store was decorated so pretty with Christmas Decorations and each theme was unique to each vendor. We had a great time visiting and seeing all that there was. If you didn't get to make it out this weekend, please stop by and check out all the shop has to offer.
Here's what could be seen at the window display this past weekend. I was really proud of how the window display turned out:
A slip covered chair using an old night shirt and vintage millinary flowers.
This bird cage was a recent find.
Vintage birds add the special touch to this rosepoint cup and brown transferware plate.
A child's scooter could still be used to ride. It has the original wheels and the patina could not be replicated.
The slip covered suitcase is an original design. A lot of work went into making this.
Wicker settee and the pillows are covered with old slips ~ slip covered of course with a festive look.
White mirrors with tallow berries and greenery make this side of the window display.
The shadow made such a dreamy appearance on the white radio cabinet, mirror and planter.
White trees on pedastols.
These candleabras could be dressed up or down in your decor.
I had been searching for a gate leg table for awhile. The sides can be put down and used in unique ways in a small space.
A wide view of the window.
More of the window from the outside.
Hope you enjoyed the tour of the window display. Check back tomorrow for more of what caught my eye at Winnie & Tulula's.
Love the window in white. I wish I could be 3 or 4 places at once, but I guess that what blogs are for, right?!

Oh T - I am so sad - Bev and I had made plans to come. We were short staffed at the shop and I even talked my husband in helping to work the shop (Black Friday no Less) so we could leave to come. Later that afternoon, I took a stupid terrible fall out in the parking lot and ended up spending the night in the emergency room. If it wasn’t for literally being in the hospital we would have been there to support you. I wanted to go later in the weekend, but with pain pills I couldn’t drag myself out of bed for the drive. I PROMSIE to check it out before Christmas. Maybe after we leave Judy's Open House - how far is it from there do you think? I hope it was wonderfully successful. Bee Blessed!
