I thought it would be fun to show you some of the dealers, customers, friends that came out to the show in their "rare" form:
This is MagPie, doesn't she look so cute resting from the heat on the pretty bed? She's such a sweet and pretty girl, always so polite and I can't resist giving her fun things!!
This is her beautiful Mom (Lisa, and grandma and aunt)--now you know why Maggie is so pretty, good genes Mom!!
Terri and Jana in the big Tent. They have the coolest things for sale and they are just so much fun to talk to, I know I've lost sales from talking with them, but we always have the best fun!!
Donna's space in the Tent, she wouldn't let me take her picture, but she did let me take one of her space.

Maryann in her new building--she has cute chandeliers, shell mirrors, and pretty furniture. Very delightful to always talk to.
So glad I got to meet Cheryl from Stash Studios and her friend Melissa. Be sure to check out Cheryl's website. Thanks girls for stopping by!!
Of course, at the Junk Gypsy prom you'll see it all. Here's only a small portion of what you missed. You'll have to attend next year to get the full scope of the party. This is Bobby showing his shy side, too cute in the dress Bobby, will you bring it back next year?
Here is my friend Theresa with one of her dealer friends acting silly--he was too much fun!!
I'm not sure who this guy was, but I couldn't resist taking a picture of his motorized horse. He was everywhere that day; lots of people took his picture. He seemed to like the attention!
And last but not least, the Warrenton Gang that makes the Zapp Hall show run smooth, minus the husband in the middle (the guy in the gray shirt)--guys just gotta have fun (p.s. notice their sign at the top). Hope to see you next year if not before!!

Hi Lori: I'd love to, this show is in Warrenton Texas, twice a year (April and October). You can view more at www.zapphall.com or watch my blog. You can also type in Texas Antique Shows and that'll provide more info. Thanks for stopping by, Theresa
ReplyDeleteSo much fun...I can barely stand to look at all your beautiful posts. Haven't been shopping for a while, so suffering from "buying withdrawal" eek. (trying to sell what I already have, there's a new concept for me!)

As always love your pictures and info. I've never been to Texas. I grew up on the East Coast and now live in NE Ohio. My son got to travel north of Dallas a couple of weeks ago for his job. He messaged his sister (my daughter) he was hiding in the bathroom because it was the only place with AC ha ha. This kid lives ON Lake Erie where normally the snow can start blowing the end of Oct. and sadly continues til the first of May. When he got home he said the people were the nicest people he ever met....but wow that heat was rough. I still dream of making a trip to Austin and Fredricksburg but not in the summer ha ha.
