When I saw Debbie's blog Curious Sofa and the great job that Donnie had done to help her create her "shed", I knew I had to meet him. So, I made it a point to stop at the "Gone To Texas Show" to meet and visit briefly with him and Sandy. What extremely nice people and talented as well. I had stopped at this show many times during the Round Top/Warrenton past shows and was always attracted to the ironstone collection they always seem to bring. I really enjoyed talking with Donnie. He showed me a book he's currently been reading. The next day after the shows ended I headed to the book store to find this book and I haven't been able to put it down. I'll do a post on it, The New French Decor, in a later post.
Here are pics of their show, which was so wonderful:
