The last place we stopped on our road trip this past weekend was Golightly's Antiques in North Richland Hills Texas, near Fort Worth. I must say this shop was a feast for the eyes, especially if you love to decorate with white's, creams, beiges, and browns. I bought several things in this shop--see post later this week. This place is separated into different rooms/sections where the dealers display their wares. I thought at first it was just one dealer that had the whole store since there were so much similar decorating going on, but was told that it's a multi-dealer store.
Here's what you see when you first enter the place:
Loved this room, which was toward the back:
Look at all the white mirrors:
"DREAM" which clearly defines this shop:
One of the dealers in this shop made the Creative Home magazine. Stay tuned tomorrow for a view of this beautiful home.
Good pics, as always. Love that sofa. See ya tomorrow for the beautiful home!

Wow, It's changed a lot since I used to go there. I used to live in that area, but I haven't shopped there in a long time. Guess I'll have to stop in next time I'm in town.

Thanks for all the wonderful posts and photos. I've enjoyed "visiting" Texas, my mom's home state, through your blog. A few years before my mom died, she got to visit my store, Country Roads. Maybe that's why I ended up reading your blog this year, it was just meant to be. Wishing you and your family a very happy new year! Take care, Sue
ReplyDeleteYour blog is so beautiful! Glad I found it.
ReplyDeleteInteresting, we own a flat in MN and the name of the building is Cloud 9!
I love Texas and we hope to live there someday. Maybe the Austin area.
Happy New Year!
