I thought I would show you some of the lovely booths we saw this past weekend at the City Wide Garage Sale in Austin. We had a great time visiting with Linda and Peg and John.
Linda had this huge clock that would have been beautiful anywhere.
Now this was art. Street sweepers as some refer to them as, but Linda says they were parts from propellers.
She always makes the cutest nests.
Loved these porcelain eggs.
Now these baby potatoes were real. I loved them so much that we quickly stopped at The Central Market and picked up some. They were so good with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Here was Peg's booth. This table sold while was talking to her. Love the lights that they've made out of old speakers. Too cute Peg.
Don't you love this awning that Peg made out of cheesecloth.
This was a cute vignette.
Hope you all have a great week!
That looks like it was loads of fun. How often do they do the Austin City Wide thing? I may want to try to check it out the next time.
