Blog Party News

I know some of you are already getting excited about the upcoming Texas Spring Antique Shows because I've seen it on your blogs.  As of today, it's about 50 days away.  It'll be here before you know it.  I'll be doing several coundowns until the big shows start and I wanted to start off this countdown telling you about my Blog Party.

The Blog Party is scheduled for Sunday, March 28th at 6pm.  I changed the time to 6pm so that those that are working at other shows can have the opportunity to come out and join the fun and hopefully by having it later in the day it won't be as humid as it sometimes gets in Texas.

I'm am super excited about two guests that will be there signing pages of their articles that were recently in the Where Women Create magazines, Gina Galvin of  Peacock Park Design and Jo Packham of Where Women Create. Both of these ladies are talented in their own rights. Gina has a wonderful business "Peacock Park Design" and Jo is the editor of "Where Women Create" blog, magazines and book.

Gina and Theresa during the Fall blog party.  Be sure and check out Gina's blog and I believe that I read somewhere where she'll be in the next issue of Victoria Magazine.  She's also in the Where Women Create Magazine this month and she's got pics of the spread on her blog.  You don't want to miss it.  Of course, our pretty TOT has a blog too that you definately want to check out.

Be sure and visit Jo's blog and other websites

So please mark your calendars and make plans to come and join us at the Party!  You'll have a fabulous time, I promise, and there will always be great conversation, drinks, and food.  And, you'll be able to meet other bloggers face to face.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Oh and BTW, Happy Ground Hog's Day!  Will we have another 6 weeks of Winter ~ probably so.

  2. Your "About Me" needs to be at the beginning of your blog -- my finger is worn out from scrolling all the way down to find out more about you!

It's so nice to see the excitement about the upcoming show! There just aren't that many shows in the Pacific Northwest anymore -- especially near Seattle. I was the same way you are... I would count week by week, then day by day, then hour by hour until the day of the show!

I love your banner too! Is that your creation?

    Thanks for sharing!

  10. I'm new at blogging, and I must admit I'm loving it. I didn't realize there were so many shows and flea markets around. Now I just have to mapquest how far they are from Schertz! It all looks like so much fun!
