The Fall Show

I don't even know where to begin to tell you about my first Fall Show at Marburger Farm.  It was a dream to set up in a building and not have to worry that the weather was going to mess up my things.  I have so many pics and stories to share with you, but first I want to say thanks to all the customers and friends that came and found me in the Gulf Warehouse.  The first Blog Party was a blast too and thank you all that came out and attended.

I did take pics, lots and lots of them, but I don't think I could have done any better than Sarah at Barn Chic Antiques did.  She posted the best pics I've seen of showing you my space and the Blog Party that happened on opening day:

I thought it would be fun to have something catch your eye from the parking lot.  Here's the manny on the ladder waving to the crowd.

I loved this display probably the most.

Here's more:

And of course the Blog Party:

Unfortunately, I was sick almost the entire week I was here.  Despite this, I still had a great time, met so many wonderful people, and had a great first show at Marburger Farm.  Opening day was pretty good and the last two days of selling there were really good as well and I'm so thankful for this.

Please check back soon for many more pics.  Please check out Sarah's blog for so many more great pics. I think she's found a new calling as a photographer.  Thanks Sarah!

I also wanted to mention that the Homestead Antique Fair in Hico Tx is this Friday and Saturday:

There's going to be lots of great vendors there.  Let me know if you go.

  4. Theresa... I'm so sad that I missed it all! Candy and I were coming, but she had to go to Houston and my FIL was in the hospital with pneumonia the weekend we had planned. Glad it was a successful show for you. Hope to see you soon.

  5. Theresa, I just got a second to read this and thank you so much! You look terrific in the photos - that blue is your color! Sorry you were feeling under the weather and hopefully you are recovering from the sickness and the excitement of the show by now! I truly had so much fun at Marburger; thanks again for facilitating and contributing to that!

Hope to see you soon! ~Sarah
