Busy Bee

I have been running up and down Interstate 45, as a friend said to me I was going to be the queen of I-45.  This past Saturday we moved back into the Antique Company Mall in McKinney.  I am so excited to be back in this mall and this town and had it not taken me all day long to move into the mall I would have been out scoping the town.  I love this town.  There is just so much to do and so many places to visit that you have to stay the weekend to just catch a glimse of it.

I did a really cool wall treatment on my booth walls and it took quite some time to do this.  I didn't take a picture upclose, wish I had, but you can see peeks of it in the pictures.  It has love letters and letters from the war, old newpaper articles, home-ec pictures, and vintage pictures of people, maps and just a lot of cool paper things.  It really turned out great.  Here's a collage of my booth:

If you'll click on the picture you can see many more pictures of my booth.

Then today I went back to Houston at The Antique Gallery and refluffed my booth, since I had sold several things and I think it turned out great:

I hope if you are in either direction, Houston or McKinney, you'll stop in and check out my booth in these great malls.   There are many vendors here too and I'm sure you'll find a great treasure.  Happy late President's Day.

  3. What tempting goodies. I keep looking over and over again to try to get a better look! I met a really nice couple (antique dealers) from McKinney last weekend. Wish I could remember their name.
