Yep you read it right. We were house hunting this past weekend, but since I have this image in my mind (thanks to Heidi) finding my dream house is going to be a bit more difficult:
Nevertheless, it did not stop us from finding it and our new address. Where we went is just breathtaking, a slice of heaven. I told my husband if this is what Heaven is like, then I want to move there now! Oh that patience thing, anyways back to my post.
There were rolling hills, birds singing, and it was just such a glorious day. The people were even friendly, yes to strangers. I already feel that I'm home. There was so much activity going on here, such a buzz around the town. Am I being a bit secretive, well yes, otherwise the suspense may not keep bringing you back to my blog (wink). All I will say is that it's still in Texas and a short distance from where I currently live!
Lord willing, my dream will come true to move to my piece of Heaven in due time. At least in the meantime, I can dream.
Be sure and visit the other participants of White Wednesday on Kathleen's blog.

Hi Theresa,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments! You really should come visit your sister! What part of Washington does she live in? I didn't make it to the Barnhouse Boy's sale... I was either working in my shop or holding an estate sale. They are south, closer to the Oregon border. I'm close to Seattle. Love your blog; I'm always checking it out! Have a good day.
save me a room if it looks like that sweet gem. you are always so secretive...
ReplyDeletehugs,
shelley

That house is incredible, and it sounds like you have found a very happy place to create a home in the same vein. Did you ever hear the expression "curiosity killed the cat"? Hmmm But if we must wait, I guess you know we're pretty loyal! I too have my fingers crossed that everything goes just the way you hope them to. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Theresa for your sweet comments on my post today. I am so happy for you! I hope everything works out with the house!
